You'll own post-onboarding success for Cryptio's strategic enterprise customers in the crypto finance space. You'll act as the primary technical and operational advisor, guiding clients through complex fund flows and advanced integrations. Your work will influence the product roadmap and drive long-term customer value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own post-onboarding success for high-ARR customers (>£40k)
• Serve as primary technical and operational advisor post go-live
• Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions
• Map complex fund flows and ensure financial data integrity

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
• Strong expertise in accounting and financial operations
• Experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
• Understanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows

• Big 4, ERP, fintech, or crypto-native background
• Experience influencing product roadmaps
