• Monitor and audit electronic health record quality and standards
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting regulations
• Collaborate with QA committee on quality improvement plans
• Oversee staff development, infection control, and medical records

📋 Requirements

• Degree in health-related field or 2 years healthcare education experience
• 1 year experience in medical records or quality improvement
• Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, CARF
• Ability to collect and analyze performance improvement data
