💼 About This Role

You'll lead global billing operations for a leading intelligence company, translating complex SaaS contracts into accurate invoicing. You will own the end-to-end billing lifecycle, collections processes, and drive automation and scalability. This role offers a chance to partner cross-functionally and mentor a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global billing operations ensuring accurate, timely invoice generation
• Lead collections processes including AR aging and dispute resolution
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across billing workflows
• Partner with Deal Desk, RevOps, Sales, and Finance on cross-functional alignment

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in billing operations or finance operations, preferably SaaS
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong Order to Cash experience
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition
• Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and invoicing tools (Coupa, Ariba)
• Exposure to Government portal WAAF and multi-entity environments
