🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and guide a team of Product specialists
• Oversee processing of Bill Payment, Top Ups, and other services
• Monitor transaction logs for errors and resolve discrepancies
• Implement quality control measures and SOPs

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in bill payment services or financial operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
