🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle vendor onboarding, PO raising, and invoice processing
• Take notes for internal and client-facing project meetings
• Conduct venue and vendor research
• Coordinate event details with vendors and shadow production team

• Currently enrolled in a college/university
• Live within commutable distance of central London
• Comfortable going to onsite events
• Own a personal laptop/computer
