💼 About This Role

You'll join Gimlet Labs to build the first heterogeneous neocloud for AI workloads. Your core impact will be evaluating and implementing techniques to drive performance and quality optimizations across the latest AI models. You'll also prototype frameworks leveraging fine-tuning and knowledge distillation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and evaluate cutting-edge AI research
• Research ways to improve model accuracy, performance, and efficiency
• Prototype frameworks with latest fine-tuning and distillation techniques

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable area
• Experience with AI/ML or distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Software development experience with Python and C++
