• Architect and implement performant, scalable Rails services.
• Lead technical design and implementation of complex features end-to-end.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize database queries.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years professional software engineering experience.
• Significant experience building production Ruby on Rails applications.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
