💼 About This Role

You'll develop analytical methods and build production-grade pipelines for high-throughput transcriptomics and proteomics data at a biotech startup. You'll own the integration of multi-omic datasets to drive biological insight and client-facing deliverables in a cross-functional team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement computational methods for scRNA-seq and proteomics data.
• Build scalable, reproducible analysis pipelines in Python/R with Nextflow or Snakemake.
• Analyze datasets to answer biological and client-driven questions with rigor.
• Communicate complex multi-omic analyses to diverse stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computational Biology or related field with focus on transcriptomics/proteomics.
• 2–5 years of post-PhD experience, industry experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python for bioinformatics, especially Scanpy and scverse.
• Deep experience with scRNA-seq datasets including QC, batch correction, and integration.

• Experience with proteomics or secretomics analysis (Olink).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and workflow managers.
