💼 About This Role

You'll repair and maintain heavy equipment and aerial lifts using advanced diagnostic tools at EquipmentShare's rental facility. You'll leverage the T3 platform to create work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues efficiently. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Superior customer service and communication skills

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
