๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center, leading the entire technical delivery process from initial discussions to go-live. You will take ownership of implementation, ensuring solutions meet technical standards and align with business goals while working remotely with a collaborative team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce TDDs based on business objectives
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts using Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Lex
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live phases
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting
- Experience with Amazon Connect is essential
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions
- Strong programming skills with experience in AWS Lambda and Python
