You'll serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center, leading the entire technical delivery process from initial discussions to go-live. You will take ownership of implementation, ensuring solutions meet technical standards and align with business goals while working remotely with a collaborative team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead design and configuration workshops to produce TDDs based on business objectives
  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts using Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Lex
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live phases
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions
  • Strong programming skills with experience in AWS Lambda and Python
