Your core impact is ensuring customer success through onboarding, account management, and strategic expansion. - Provide onboarding sessions for new sales wins
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Expand relationships through retention and long-term agreements
- Handle client feedback and collaborate with product team
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience at a high-growth B2B startup (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
