You'll lead the evolution of our data stack at SimplePractice, building pipelines and a platform that powers product intelligence, financial reporting, and self-serve analytics for over 250,000 health and wellness professionals. Your work will directly enable clinicians to make smarter decisions about patient care by structuring data into accessible insights, while internally driving executive reports and AI model evaluation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to **make data a first-class product** in a **hybrid role based in Mexico City**.

Requirements

• **7+ years** in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
• **Expert SQL** and dimensional modeling skills.
• **Experience with Snowflake** data warehousing.
• **Proficiency with DBT** and orchestration tools like Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines from multiple sources.
• Lead technical vision and architecture for the data platform.
• Align company-wide metrics with the analytics team.
• Support internal and external analytics use cases.
