💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruitment and partner with executive leaders at Bisnow, a leading commercial real estate media platform. You'll proactively source top talent, build business relationships, and connect candidates with career-advancing opportunities in a hybrid NYC office environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates using recruiting tools and platforms.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent aligned with industry skill sets.
• Develop close relationships with candidates and partner with internal leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Communications, Psychology, Business preferred).
• 0-2 years of direct recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-player with strong work ethic and no-task-too-small mentality.
