Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise client portfolio from implementation through adoption and retention
• Conduct technical assessments and lead optimization sessions
• Guide clients through complex integrations alongside Implementation Engineer
• Leverage AI and automation to scale impact while maintaining client relationships
• Collaborate with Account Management on growth opportunities
