Description

As an Associate Consultant in the graduate program, you will support senior team members across Strategy, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams to create digital solutions for global clients. You'll collaborate on research, workshops, and documentation while participating in a 3-month training program starting May 2026.

Requirements

• Previous experience in consulting, UX, or software development is an asset
• Demonstrable passion for user experiences and technology
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and self-motivation
• Ability to work in a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital solutions for clients across verticals
• Support team in understanding client business challenges and goals
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to deliver user experiences
• Gather information through interviews and research on client's business processes and market
• Structure presentations, documentation, and proposals
