You'll architect and scale tools for Notion's developers, collaborating across teams to improve engineering productivity. You'll work on bleeding-edge tooling performance and own the development environment and toolchain. This role offers a chance to impact how millions of users experience Notion while working with TypeScript and GitHub.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers to improve developer tooling like TypeScript language server and CLI
• Research and evaluate new tools for JS ecosystem performance
• Work with GitHub and CI systems to achieve sub-15 minute PR pipelines
• Own the development environment and toolchain

📋 Requirements

• Drive to improve developer productivity through better tooling
• Focus on user experience and simplicity in developer tools
• Multitasking with interrupt-driven work and project work
• Curiosity to learn how tools work at a fundamental level
