💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Your work directly improves clients' quality of life while you gain skills and experience. Training is available to become a Certified Home Health Aide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Help with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks

📋 Requirements

• Current HHA license in good standing with New Jersey board
• Minimum one year of work experience
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned

• Previous home health care or patient care experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
