You'll serve as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, helping them maximize banking and treasury solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment. You'll manage high-impact client relationships, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion. This role offers exposure to enterprise clients and growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise banking clients post-implementation.
• Drive product adoption and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and customer success teams.
• Manage escalations and advocate for customer needs internally.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management in fintech or banking.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and treasury services.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships.
• Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
