Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives while building new connections in the US, understanding their challenges and advocating our products to drive their sales strategy. You'll take ownership of sales targets, conduct forecasting, engage prospects via phone and email (about 100 calls per day), and join Sales Representatives on calls to learn the products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in outbound sales.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in a sales customer-facing role working towards specific goals/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to speak and write in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a sales strategy.
  • Collaborative and continuous learning mindset.
  • Strong willingness to actively contribute ideas and support their peers but also to demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt continuously.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales for tech start-ups (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (desirable).
  • Previous experience using Outreach.io or similar sales engagement software (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your sales targets, aligning the business with the defined objectives and key results.
  • Conduct accurate forecasting and provide regular reports on the status of your sales performance.
  • Utilize phone and email channels to proactively engage with potential new prospects. Aim to make approximately 100 calls per day.
  • Arrange productive meetings by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of our offering to ensure high-quality interactions.
  • Join Sales Representatives (AEs) on calls, takes notes, and familiarize yourself with the products we offer.
