Description
You will implement strategic communications for high-profile public affairs accounts, manage media monitoring, write persuasive documents (vetting reports, research memos, fact sheets), and oversee day-to-day client communications and work streams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in strategic communications from politics, government, advocacy, PR agency, media, or in-house comms
- Clear and effective oral and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, work quickly, meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with a team
Responsibilities
- Implement strategy, creative brainstorming, and campaign planning for multiple accounts
- Manage media monitoring and rapid response
- Write and edit persuasive documents including vetting reports, research memos, and fact sheets
- Oversee day-to-day client communications, staff weekly calls, analyze press coverage, write event recaps
- Manage work streams across multiple accounts
