Your focus will be on achieving key metrics like UPH, OPH, and on-time shipping while fostering a safe, engaging work environment. This role offers exposure across departments and shifts to grow your leadership skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of 30+ warehouse associates.
• Review weekly work forecasts to meet productivity goals.
• Own operational metric reporting (VCPO, UPH, OPH).
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of people management in a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment.
• Experience tracking and achieving KPIs like UPH and OPH.
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and TMS systems.
• Ability to manage performance, deliver feedback, and develop talent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, or manufacturing.
• Comfortability navigating and managing ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills.
