🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead creative direction for 3D and motion work across marketing initiatives
• Develop visual concepts, motion systems, storyboards, and prototypes
• Translate abstract technical concepts into clear visual narratives
• Guide creation of high-quality motion and 3D assets across campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in creative direction, motion design, animation, or 3D design
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion, 3D, brand, and campaign work
• Strong fundamentals in storytelling, composition, typography, and visual systems
• Experience leading motion-driven creative across marketing touchpoints

✨ Nice to Have

• Curiosity about AI-enabled creative processes
• Experience with Maya, Nuke, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender
