💼 About This Role

You'll lead an elite team of Partner Solution Engineers in the APJ region, driving technical strategy and go-to-market execution across Snowflake's partner ecosystem. You'll enable partners like global system integrators and cloud service providers to deliver cutting-edge data solutions. This role reports to the VP of APJ Solution Engineering and owns P&L responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Partner Solution Engineers in APJ
• Drive strategic customer and partner engagements
• Build repeatable reference architectures and frameworks
• Act as escalation point for customers and sales teams

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of industry experience in pre-sales/customer-facing capacity
• 4+ years of direct line management experience
• Experience with large-scale database or data warehouse technologies
• Understanding of cloud architectures and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics
• Experience architecting solutions with vendor technologies like Tableau, Informatica, Fivetran
• University degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields
