🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.
• Maintain a weekly average of 31 patients across self-pay and insurance.
• Coach patients on managing health conditions and making behavior changes.

📋 Requirements

• Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW/MHC) or associate-level license.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing Psychotherapy (practicum counts).
