You will partner with Fortune 100 to 500 clients across industries, delivering expert legal advice on privacy compliance, updating policies, and drafting agreements in line with global standards. Collaborate directly with business clients to provide guidance and practical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with exceptional academic and law firm credentials
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, PIPEDA, and the Privacy Act
• Experience in data protection, privacy law, and information law
• In-house experience considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on privacy compliance and improvement of privacy policies
• Review, draft, and update privacy policies
• Negotiate and draft master services agreements per global privacy requirements
• Support development of guidelines, training, and tools for privacy accountability
• Collaborate with and advise business clients on corporate policies
