💼 About This Role

You'll use technology to triage patients to the right care, providing an exceptional virtual care experience through empathic communication. You'll work overnight shifts in a remote-first, dynamic team at a mission-driven health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with patients via live messaging, video, phone, or email
• Document within EMR and apply clinically validated triage protocols
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests
• Troubleshoot technology with patients to ensure seamless experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical hospital experience
• Active compact unencumbered RN license
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Ability to work overnight shifts (10:45pm - 9:45am ET)

✨ Nice to Have

• ICU or ER experience highly preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience with telehealth platforms
