💼 About This Role

You'll design AI-powered conversational analytics experiences for the Legal team using Snowflake Cortex and own the full data stack driving those AI products. You'll partner with operations and counsel to translate stakeholder needs into data models and dashboards that change decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver conversational analytics experiences for legal stakeholders.
• Co-own data models and AI foundations with Analytics Engineering.
• Translate stakeholder questions into structured data models and dashboards.
• Build and maintain quality checks and testing for AI outputs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics or data engineering owning data products end-to-end.
• Strong SQL with complex queries and performance awareness.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, Git.
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on Snowflake Cortex or LLM-powered analytics experience.
• Familiarity with Streamlit for lightweight apps.
• Exposure to Legal Operations data (matter management, legal spend).
