Description

You will design and deploy a modern Business Quality Management System from the ground up for Scout Motors, driving efficiency and AI-enabled continuous improvement. Your work involves process governance, cross-functional alignment, and ISO 9001 readiness to shape quality operations for an iconic automotive brand.

Requirements

5+ years experience in automotive engineering, production, organizational development, or quality management
Proven track record building QMS from scratch in automotive OEM environment
Experience leading project and system implementation through all stages
Valid driver's license and passport required
Occasional domestic and international travel required

Responsibilities

Design and deploy a robust Business Management System (BMS) with process- and risk-based thinking
Drive end-to-end process excellence and develop process standards and tools aligned with company strategy
Define KPIs and dashboards to measure QMS effectiveness and integrate AI/automation
Ensure ISO 9001 audit readiness and manage corrective actions from system audits
Lead cross-functional process alignment across departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement
