You'll design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing for Veeam backup products used by enterprises worldwide. Your work will directly influence scalability and reliability in some of the most demanding environments. This role offers the chance to own and evolve performance test labs and collaborate with experts across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability tests
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade test environments
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with developers
• Own and evolve performance test lab environments

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of performance/load testing experience
• Advanced user-level knowledge of Windows or Linux
• Ability to analyze test results and identify bottlenecks
• Understanding of system internals (CPU, memory, storage, networking)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Scripting or automation with Python
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
