Description

You will provide full-cycle recruiting coverage for Planet's Space Systems organization during a senior recruiter's leave of absence. You'll manage active requisitions across hardware engineering and manufacturing, partnering directly with hiring managers to ensure uninterrupted hiring delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, with hardware engineering or aerospace hiring
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to step into an active requisition portfolio and deliver results quickly
• Deep familiarity with aerospace, satellite, or hardware engineering talent markets
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent searches with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting coverage for Space Systems during a senior team member's leave
• Inherit and manage an active portfolio of requisitions across hardware engineering and manufacturing
• Partner with hiring managers to maintain recruiting partnership, run intake meetings, and close offers
• Manage 10-15 concurrent requisitions across engineering specialties
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse and deliver a clean handback
