Description

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to support contractors and engineers, preparing quotes, selecting equipment, and managing orders for HVAC products. This role offers a chance to grow within a dynamic industry and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
• Familiarity with air-side HVAC product applications is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with equipment selection and pricing
• Prepare detailed and accurate quote proposals for HVAC equipment
• Use manufacturer-specific software to generate product selections
• Create comprehensive construction submittals tailored to specific project requirements
• Process and release equipment orders to manufacturers
• Provide customers with up-to-date lead times and shipment status information
• Address customer concerns and develop effective technical solutions
