Description

You will support Account Managers and Account Executives by managing administrative tasks such as processing insurance documents, handling claims reporting, and assisting with client needs. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to learn the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Basic understanding of insurance preferred, Epic experience a plus
• High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Limited travel required (less than 25%)

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers via AMS, email, phone, and in-person
• Monitor and prioritize workload considering deadlines and special instructions
• Learn and support the Account Service Cycle
• Assist Account Managers in addressing client needs
• Manage Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, claims reporting, loss runs, policy processing, invoicing, and audits
