🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
• Review resident billing, rent rolls, and revenue recognition
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of property accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills with complex data analysis
• Experience with Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks, or similar
