  • Answer inbound calls from English and Spanish-speaking members empathetically.
  • Explain benefits coverage, cost-sharing, and eligibility details clearly.
  • Find in-network providers and update account information.
  • Accurately document interactions and follow-up actions.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years customer service/healthcare experience or 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls using VoIP systems.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software.
