๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from English and Spanish-speaking members empathetically.
- Explain benefits coverage, cost-sharing, and eligibility details clearly.
- Find in-network providers and update account information.
- Accurately document interactions and follow-up actions.
๐ Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years customer service/healthcare experience or 5+ years relevant experience.
- Comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls using VoIP systems.
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software.
