💼 About This Role

You'll lead real-time monitoring of mobile mining equipment data to optimize equipment performance. You'll combine condition-based information to make informed maintenance decisions, acting as a liaison between operators and maintainers to improve reliability and availability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Assist tradespeople in rapid troubleshooting of down equipment including triage
• Review real-time data including trends and alarms to monitor asset health risks
• Identify pending failures that can be planned and scheduled in the future
• Provide direct feedback to equipment operators on Operator Driven Reliability practices

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma and Journeyperson’s ticket, or related technical diploma or degree
• Minimum 10 years experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Experience in diagnostics in Cummins and Detroit engines
• Experience in diagnostics in haul trucks (Caterpillar, Komatsu) and/or shovels (P&H)
