You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic, covering the sales floor and working the register. Your core impact is ensuring customers find the merch they love while driving add-on sales. You'll also assist with visual merchandising and communicate trends to management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions.
• Stock and replenish merchandise to visual standards.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
