Description

You will own key components of Redpanda's global event program, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact. You'll build repeatable programs, drive cross-functional alignment, and help scale the event strategy across first-party, third-party, and partner activations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• Experience executing large-scale events across multiple regions for a fast-moving SaaS organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on event performance
• Comfortable working across time zones and traveling up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Help build and operationalize the Global Event Playbook
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale global events and virtual user conference
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to define engagement strategies
• Own logistics, vendor management, creative production, and communications for global activations
• Track and report on event performance including ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics
