• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead and coach warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process improvements
• Analyze performance metrics to balance service levels and cost efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of warehousing or distribution experience
• Supervisory experience leading a warehouse team
• Proficiency with WMS and computer systems
• Ability to operate forklifts and MHE

• College degree in supply chain or related field
• Experience in fluid handling or industrial distribution
• Six Sigma or Lean certification
