You will provide Tier 2/3 technical support, manage network infrastructure, and lead IT projects to ensure reliable operations and security. Act as a key liaison between frontline support and IT leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT support or systems administration
  • Proven experience in network and systems administration
  • Endpoint management and patch management expertise
  • Experience with JumpCloud, AWS, Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (CCPA, GDPR)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Tier 2/3 support, managing escalated tickets from MSP
  • Deliver white-glove Executive Support
  • Manage endpoint hardware across macOS, Windows, iOS
  • Administer network environments (Unifi firewalls, switches, WAPs)
  • Lead technical projects and contribute to process improvements
