You will provide Tier 2/3 technical support, manage network infrastructure, and lead IT projects to ensure reliable operations and security. Act as a key liaison between frontline support and IT leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT support or systems administration
- Proven experience in network and systems administration
- Endpoint management and patch management expertise
- Experience with JumpCloud, AWS, Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of compliance standards (CCPA, GDPR)
Responsibilities
- Serve as Tier 2/3 support, managing escalated tickets from MSP
- Deliver white-glove Executive Support
- Manage endpoint hardware across macOS, Windows, iOS
- Administer network environments (Unifi firewalls, switches, WAPs)
- Lead technical projects and contribute to process improvements
