Description

You'll create trend-driven content for TikTok and Instagram in the DACH region, working with global and local teams to execute a content strategy. You'll conceptualize content calendars, produce short-form videos and graphics, manage community engagement, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• 2-5 years managing social media for consumer brands
• Strong understanding of short-form video production workflows
• Professional skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends in DACH region
• Based in Germany with availability for occasional in-person events

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute a trend-driven content calendar for TikTok and Instagram
• Create and edit short-form videos and graphics independently
• Monitor social media trends and produce spontaneous high-impact content
• Brief and manage external influencers for own social channels
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide optimization reports
