💼 About This Role

You'll manage all day-to-day HR functions for swing shift at Nabis' largest Woodlake warehouse, acting as the primary people partner for overnight employees. You'll drive employee relations full-cycle and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering engagement and culture. This role offers ownership of HR operations at a cannabis tech unicorn backed by Y Combinator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day people relations for overnight employees
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee check-ins
• Handle LOA, FMLA, ADA, and worker's compensation cases
• Support investigations and progressive discipline

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in HR at a site with 50+ hourly employees
• Proven knowledge of federal and state labor laws
• Proficient in G Suite applications
• At least 21 years of age
