🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver core platform capabilities for FloQast applications
• Build highly scalable distributed systems for enterprise customers
• Lead complex design discussions and set engineering best practices
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the org

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years building and shipping complex software systems
• Proven track record driving large-scale technical initiatives end-to-end
• Deep expertise in Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
• Strong experience designing distributed systems at enterprise scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS experience
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting workflows
• Background in workflow automation platforms
