Description

You will lead the design and development of robot behaviors for a commercial humanoid robot, owning behavior design end-to-end from task logic to deployment. Collaborate with motion planning, controls, and perception engineers to expand real-world capabilities and validate production-ready behaviors.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years professional experience in robotics software or autonomy systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and Linux development
• Experience with behavior trees, state machines, or task planners
• System-level understanding of motion planning, perception, and control

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex robot behaviors end-to-end
• Lead behavior planning, task decomposition, and failure handling
• Develop new autonomy capabilities for real-world tasks
• Integrate behaviors with motion planning, controls, and perception
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction
