💼 About This Role

You'll own agent development at Strada, working at the intersection of customer operations, AI capabilities, and product strategy to ship AI agents for insurance workflows. You'll lead customer calls, design evals, and optimize prompts to deploy agents in production. This is a hands-on PM role at a YC-backed startup shaping the future of a $300B+ industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer calls to identify workflow friction and unmet needs
• Design and run evals to measure AI agent performance
• Write specs and work directly with engineers to ship agents
• Define success metrics and prioritize the agent roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of product management or closely related experience
• Proven ability to ship technical products with engineers
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
• Track record of owning end-to-end projects in fast-moving environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM/AI platforms
• Some coding experience with TypeScript or React
• Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
