Description

Provide generalist HR support in a distribution center environment, including payroll, employee relations, training, and special projects to ensure a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in food manufacturing or e-commerce
• Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping practices
• Knowledge of employee relations, diversity, and employment laws
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience (SHRM/PHR preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support to the facility
• Handle payroll support and timekeeping accuracy
• Administer HR procedures and policies through the Distribution Center
• Conduct new hire orientations
