💼 About This Role

You'll lead governance, risk, and compliance efforts across Africa as a tactical bridge between regulators and operational security, focusing on the Central Bank of Nigeria. You will translate complex regulatory mandates into actionable technical and business processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic lead for African financial authorities, focusing on CBN.
• Provide hands-on compliance support for regulations like SOX, PCI DSS.
• Audit and adjust technology/processes for the African market.
• Translate dense regulatory requirements into plain English for teams.
• Anticipate regulatory shifts through stakeholder interactions.

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years in Cybersecurity, GRC, or IT Audit.
• Hold CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC certification.
• Knowledge of international frameworks (SOX, DORA) and African regulations.
• Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2.
• AI fluency for automating governance tasks.
