💼 About This Role

You'll join our Trade Desk to scale and optimize stock lending operations for a leading digital bank. Your work will directly expand our institutional and retail client base while strengthening Inter's position in the variable income market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute stock exchange and stock lending operations for institutional and retail clients.
• Prospect and acquire new institutional clients, building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with back-office and risk teams to optimize processes.
• Develop growth strategies with Growth and IT teams.

📋 Requirements

• Availability to work onsite in São Paulo/SP.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in variable income trading desk with solid knowledge of stock lending.
• Active PQO certification (Operational Qualification Program).
• Advanced Excel skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Programming knowledge in Python or VBA for automation.
• Experience with ATG, INOA, Bloomberg, Epuma, or Sinacor tools.
