Description

You will lead the design of new business pitch materials and other creative projects within an in-house agency team. Working closely with the Senior Design Director, you'll produce high-quality design concepts under brand guidelines, mentor junior designers, and ensure consistency across all deliverables.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of graphic design experience
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design skills
• Bilingual in English and French

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-faceted design projects on tight deadlines
• Produce strong design concepts under various brand guidelines
• Brief freelancers and act as ambassador for design quality
• Review and provide feedback on designers' work
• Liaise with vendors/printers to meet project timelines
