Description

You will lead a global deployment engineering organization of 100+ resources, define strategic roadmap focusing on automation-first principles, and oversee deployments across Microsoft Azure regional clouds. You will drive adoption of Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to standardize deployment processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

• Experience leading deployment engineering or DevOps teams of significant size
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD pipeline automation
• Experience with governance, compliance, and secure deployment practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing global engineering team with clear career growth paths
