- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Create and execute strategic territory and account plans

- 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying role
- Proven over-achievement in SaaS account management and sales
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
